What you can do

What Claude can read, build, and change in TrainHeroic for coaches and athletes, and which actions wait for your approval first.

The connector changes its tool set to match the account you sign in with. A coach account also has athlete scope, so coaches can query their own training alongside their roster. Choose a role to see what Claude can do for it.

Your roster

  • Browse athletes, teams, programs, notifications, and recent roster activity.
  • Pull readiness, compliance, volume, lift history, and main-lift PR reports.
  • Invite, archive, and restore athletes, and manage teams and join codes.

Find athletes who need a check-in.

Your programming

  • Build workouts as drafts, read them back, publish them, copy them, or save them as templates.
  • Resolve exercise names against the TrainHeroic exercise library before anything is written.
  • Prescribe or log sets for one athlete, or swap an exercise for that athlete only.

Draft a session for review.

Your messages

  • Read conversations and draft messages to athletes or teams.
  • Send or delete a message after you approve it.

Your training

  • Review scheduled and completed workouts across a date range.
  • See what is on today’s log and add notes or RPE to a workout or exercise.
  • Create a session for unprogrammed training and log it set by set.

Plan around today’s session.

Your progress

  • Search the exercises you have logged and inspect the full history for one lift.
  • Read personal records, working maxes, benchmark leaderboards, and lifetime totals.
  • Export your workout history as CSV, JSON, or plain text, from Claude or from the browser export.

Review a lift’s trend.

Confirmation is part of the tool

Publishing, sending, deleting, archiving, and logging athlete-facing results are gated inside the MCP server. A client that supports MCP elicitation shows a confirmation prompt. Other clients must pass an explicit confirmation value, and the operation fails closed without it. The tool catalog marks every tool that confirms.

Undocumented API

This project drives the same private endpoints used by the TrainHeroic web app. Those endpoints can change without notice, so treat the integration as a practical toolkit rather than an official compatibility guarantee. The terms describe what that means for your use.
