What to include

  • The surface you were using: hosted connector, local MCP server, CLI, SDK, or browser export.
  • What you asked for or ran, what happened, and what you expected.
  • Any error text, copied exactly.

Report from Claude

When you use the hosted connector, Claude can file the report for you. It sends recent tool context to the maintainers after you approve the report.

You can also report a software issue on GitHub. GitHub issues are public, so file one only when it contains no private account or athlete information.
