Connect TrainHeroic to Claude
Add TrainHeroic as a custom connector in Claude.ai, sign in with your TrainHeroic account, and ask about your roster or your training.
Give Claude access to your existing TrainHeroic account. Coaches get roster and programming tools; athletes get their own workouts, history, PRs, and working maxes.
Set up in Claude.ai
Open the connector settings
Add TrainHeroic
Name it TrainHeroic and paste this URL:
https://mcp.trainheroic-unofficial.com/mcpUse the code block’s copy button. The connector URL must end at /mcp; leave out
citation numbers, brackets, and links added by a chat response.
Sign in
Use the same email and password you use in the TrainHeroic app. The connector detects whether your account is a coach, an athlete, or both.
Start with a question
See who has trained recently.
Review a programmed day.
Review your progress.
See what is next.
Claude asks for confirmation before publishing workouts, sending messages, deleting data, or logging athlete-facing results.
If something goes wrong
If Claude cannot connect or asks you to sign in repeatedly, check the connector URL against the code block above. A URL containing extra text needs to be removed and added again with the clean URL, then signed in again.
Ask Claude to report the problem. The hosted connector can send the maintainers a short report with recent tool context, after you approve it.
